a Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District
on S1/2 NW1/4 NE1/4, Section 23, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the northern terminus
of Enchanted Pines Drive.
PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommends that the
rezoning from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District
be continued to the January 21, 2002 City Council meeting to be considered in
conjunction with the Preliminary and Final Plat.
