A request by Doug Sperlich for James Letner to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to allow sidewalks on one side of the street on Lot C of Lot 2 of Outlot 2 and Lot 3R of Lot A of Replat of Lot 2 of Outlot 2 all located in Section 4, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the current northern terminus of Debra Drive.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to allow sidewalks on one side of the street be continued to the December 17, 2001 City Council meeting to allow the legal notification requirement to be met.
