a Planned Residential Development - Initial and Final Development Plan on Lots
1-6, Block 1; Lots 1-5, Block 2; and Lots 1-9, Block 3 of Enchanted Pines Subdivision,
Section 23, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more
generally described as being located at the northern terminus of Enchanted Pines
Drive.

COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that
the Planned Residential Development be continued to the November 19, 2001 City
Council meeting to be considered concurrently with the associated plat
request.
