PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommends that the Major Amendment to a Planned Residential Development to increase the density and allow a nursing home be continued to the November 5, 2001 City Council meeting to allow the applicant time to review the occupancy classification of the building.
