Angela Wessel to consider an application for a Use on Review to allow a private residential garage in excess of 1000 square feet and more than 30% of the residence on Lot 1, Block 3, Kepp Heights, Section 11, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1200 Highland Park Drive.

Planning Commission recommendation:
Planning Commission recommended that the Use on Review to allow a private residential garage in excess of 1000 square feet and more than 30% of the residence be continued to the September 17, 2001 City Council meeting to allow the applicant time to submit additional required information.
