A request by James Heald for Robert Bland to consider an application for a Preliminary
and Final Plat on Lot 11R (Formerly Lots 11 and 12) of Block 1 of Reed
Estates, Subdivision located in SW1/4 of NE1/4 and in SE1/4 of NW1/4 of Section
10, T1N, R8E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as
being located at 2505 May Court.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Preliminary and Final Plat be approved
with the following stipulation:
Engineering Division Recommendations:
Prior to Final Plat approval by the City Council, a revised plat shall be submitted identifying a revised twenty foot wide drainage including the entire drainage ditch and excluding the fence.
