A request by Cetec Engineering for RCS Construction to consider an application for a Vacation of Drainage and Utility Easement on Lot 1 and 2 of Carefree Subdivision, Section 32, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located immediately north of 2220 South Eglin.

PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Public Works Committee recommended that the Vacation of Drainage and Utility Easement be approved with the following stipulation:
Engineering Division Recommendations:
Prior to City Council approval, final inspection of the newly installed septic system on Lot 3 of Carefree Subdivision and the abandoned septic system on Lot 2 of Carefree Subdivision shall be completed.
