A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Rezoning from No Use District to General Commercial District on the North 33 feet of Lot H-2 lying adjacent to Tract A and Tract C and the 75 foot wide portion of Lot H-2 lying adjacent to Tract D and lying adjacent to Lot H-3, all located in the NE1/4 of Section 25, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at East Mall Drive north of the Rushmore Mall.

Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use District to General Commercial District be approved.
