A request by M & K Consulting for Western Wireless Corp. to consider an application for a Use On Review to allow a communication tower in the Light Industrial Zoning District on Lot 1, MDU Subdivision, Section 6, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 710 Steele Avenue.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Use On Review to allow a communication tower in the Light Industrial Zoning District be continued to the July 16, 2001 City Council meeting to allow the applicant time to submit additional required information and for the Zoning Board of Adjustment to take action on a variance request submitted for the subject property.
