PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirements for paving, curb, gutter, sidewalk, dry sewer and street light conduit be continued to the July 16, 2001 City Council meeting at the applicant’s request.
