No. 01PD013 - Cleghorn Canyon Subdivision No. 2 and Fish Hatchery Subdivision
A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Planned Development Designation on Lot 13 of Block 2, North Lot of Block 3 of Cleghorn Canyon Subdivision No. 2 and Lot F4 of Fish Hatchery Subdivision, located in Section 8, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 5100 Cleghorn Canyon Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Planned Development Designation in conjunction with the rezoning from No Use District to Low Density Residential District be continued until the May 21, 2001 City Council meeting to allow staff time to identify the hydraulic floodway boundaries.
