PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use District to Light Industrial District be denied and to authorize staff to advertise for public hearing to consider a Planned Development Designation and a Rezoning of the property from No Use District to General Commercial District.
