A request by Sandra Runde to consider an application for a Amendment to the North Rapid Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan, which is an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, to change the future land use designation on an approximate 1.47 acre parcel from General Commercial to Light Industrial with a Planned Light Industrial Development Overlay on Lot D of Lot 1 of Adams Subdivision, Section 31, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1055 East Chicago Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the North Rapid Neighborhood Area Future Land Use Plan, which is an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, to change the future land use designation on an approximate 1.47 acre parcel from General Commercial to Light Industrial with a Planned Light Industrial Development Overlay be approved.
