An application by Doug Sperlich for James Letner to consider a request for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement for sidewalks along Debra Drive on Lots 1 and 2 and dedicated R.O.W. of Debra Subdivision, (formerly Lots B & C of Lot 2 of OutLot 2 of the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 4, T1N, R7E, BHM and a portion of Debra Drive R.O.W.) located in the SE1/4 of the SW1/4, Section 4, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the intersection of Clifton Street and Debra Drive.

 

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to allow sidewalks on one side of the street be approved with the following stipulation:

 

Urban Planning Division Recommendation:

  1. That the sidewalk(s) shall be constructed along the east side of Debra Drive.
