A request by Dream Design International to consider an application for a Preliminary and Final Plat on Lot 1 of Shooting Star Subdivision, located in the unplatted portion of the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 21, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the western terminus of Shooting Star Road.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Preliminary and Final Plat be continued to the November 6, 2000 City Council meeting to allow the petitioner to submit a petition for annexation and other required information.
