An application by Fisk Engineering for John and Elaine Kunze was considered for a Lot Split on Lots 1 and 2 of Kunze Subdivision located in (and formerly all of) Lot G of Lot 2 of the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 5, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the intersection of East Saint Charles Street and Creek Drive.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Lot Split be continued to the October 2, 2000 City Council meeting at the request of the applicant.
