No. 00VE010 - Enchanted Hills Subdivision - A request by Sheila Tom to consider an application for a Vacation of Platted Setbacks on Lot 10 of Enchanted Hills Subdivision, Section 23, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 1356 Panorama Circle.

          Public Works Committee Recommendation:

The Public Works Committee recommended  that the Vacation of Platted Setbacks be approved with the following condition:

 

Urban Planning Division:
1.     That any expansion(s) to the existing residence meet all required setbacks; or a variance be obtained.
