A request by Scott Kenner for the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology to consider an application for a Special Exception to the Flood Area Construction Regulations to allow water-monitoring structures in the floodway on Tract 12 less Lot 1 of Tract 12, Rapid City Greenway Tracts, Section 34, T1N, R8E, (also in Section 3, T1N, R7E) BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located on Rapid Creek northeast of the intersection of West Main Street and Dakota Drive.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Special Exception to the Flood Area Construction Regulations to allow water monitoring structures in the floodway be approved.
