A request by Scott Kenner for the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology to consider an application for a Special Exception to the Flood Area Construction Regulations to allow water-monitoring structures in the floodway on Tract 35, Rapid City Greenway Tracts, Section 6, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located on Rapid Creek southwest of the intersection of Centre Street and Cambell Street.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Special Exception to the Flood Area Construction Regulations to allow water monitoring structures in the floodway be approved.
