No. 00PL062 - Parkridge Village Subdivision No. 2
A request by Renner & Sperlich Engineering for Larry Lewis to consider an application for a Layout, Preliminary and Final Plat on Lot 14A and Lot 14B of Block 1 of Parkridge Village Subdivision No. 2, Section 16, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the current terminus of Olympic Court.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Layout, Preliminary and Final Plat be approved with the following stipulations:
Engineering Division Recommendations:
1. The applicant shall pay the assessment for the installation of street light conduit and sidewalks within 90 days after approval of the final plat; and,
Urban Planning Division Recommendations:
2. The plat shall be revised to retain an exterior six (6) foot maintenance easement on both sides of the lot line adjacent to the common wall of the dwelling units.
