An application by Robert and Betty Reznicek was considered for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement for curb, gutter, sidewalks, street improvements, street lights and dry sewer on Lot A of Government Lot 5 less Tract 1, Section 2, T1N, R6E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located approximately 1.5 miles west of the intersection of Nemo Road and Schroeder Road on the south side of Schroeder Road.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
:Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement for curb, gutter, sidewalks, street improvements, street lights and dry sewer be approved.
