A request by Patrick R. Hall to consider an application for a Rezoning from Medium Density Residential to Office Commercial on the south 1/2 of Lot 4R and Lots 5 and 6, less Greenway Tract 11, Laws Subdivision located in the NW1/4 of NE1/4, Section 3, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 600 Dakota Drive.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:

Planning Commission recommended that the rezoning from the Medium Density Residential to the Office Commercial Zoning District be approved in conjunction with City Council approval of a Planned Development Designation or Planned Commercial Development.

Vote: Unanimous (7 to 0)

Staff recommends that this request be continued to the July 10, 2000 City Council meeting to allow the petitioner to submit the required Planned Development Designation application.
